I am a licensed clinical psychologist.
My diagnosis was confirmed through MRI and ultrasound.
This journey is documented — not imagined.
I know what it’s like to sit in waiting rooms, to be dismissed, to wonder
if the pain is real or if you’re somehow exaggerating. I know the exhaustion
of trying treatment after treatment.
What I share in this book comes from years of living with this condition,
researching, experimenting carefully, and finding what works for my body.
I offer it with honesty and care — because I remember how much I needed
